From the first dance to the last song

The DJ starts with familiar music and a simple dance or game. Dancing, singing along and games then take turns. The DJ follows the energy of the group and finishes with a familiar song. Meet our kids DJs too.

Give the DJ a short overview of your group beforehand: ages, favourite songs and things the children do not enjoy. A few clear examples help more than a long compulsory playlist. During the DiscoShow, the DJ keeps room to respond to what is happening on the dance floor.

Mention a birthday child, a farewell or a shared closing moment too. Discuss when it fits and whether the child enjoys the attention. A song request is a preference; the DJ considers whether the song and lyrics suit the group.

Music and games for their age

Younger children can join in with familiar songs and simple movements. Older children get more room for favourite music and dancing together. Tell us the ages and favourite songs beforehand, including for a mixed age group. This helps the DJ prepare for your party.

For a mixed group, provide numbers by age: how many younger children and how many older ones? Mention any rules about lyrics too. Arrange a speech or present-giving moment with us beforehand so the music can pause at a sensible point.

Watching first is fine

Not every child wants to be at the front straight away. The DJ invites children to join in without pressure. Copying a movement or joining a friend counts too. Let us know beforehand about anything that matters for the group.

What to arrange beforehand

Tell us how many children are coming, how much space is available and your preferred show times. Mention stairs or a long route for carrying equipment. Discuss the DJ area, power and access for setup. Agree which adults will supervise the children. We bring speakers, DJ equipment and disco lights, and take care of setup and packing away.

What does the kids disco bring?

A kids DJ with speakers, DJ equipment and disco lights. Setup and packing away are included. Extras such as a photo booth, bubbles or a smoke machine are selected separately in your request. See the packages and check what your proposal includes before booking.

How long is the show?

Playing time depends on the package and your party. Tell us your preferred start and finish times. Plan cake, food and other activities outside those times if you want an uninterrupted show. Allow another 60 minutes for setup and 30 minutes for packing away. Your booking lists the agreed show times.
